Shipping Policy

Please provide us with your accurate address and phone number during checkout to ensure successful delivery. In the case of any shipping damage, please take pictures of the damage and report to us as soon as possible.

 

Shipping within Canada

We ship within Canada via major carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, an FedEx etc.

 

Shipping to USA

We ship to the USA via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx. Please be aware that we are a Canadian company. Shipments coming from us may be subject to US Federal and/or State taxes.

 

International Shipping

We can ship globally via major carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx. However, we currently do not have real time shipping prices for each and every global location. Please Email us for a direct shipping quote to your country. Please be aware that we are a Canadian company. Shipments coming from us may be subject to your countries taxes and duties.

Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

We have a NO REFUND NO RETURN policy. All custom orders and in stock items sold from this website are FINAL SALE. Please ensure the items you ordered are correct for your vehicle before checkout. If you have questions concerning fitment to your vehicle, please contact us before placing the order.


Items sent back to us without first contacting us to discuss will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@chikaramotorsports.com.

Some items on our website are custom ordered from Japan. There are indicators in the item descriptions for custom ordered items. If you require an item within a specific time frame, please contact us before ordering.

On the rare occasion where we approve an order cancellation, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be cautious when using sharp tools to open boxes as there is a possibility of damaging the goods inside. These types of damages by the receiver will not be covered under warranty.

 

Exchanges
As most items we carry are custom ordered items specific for your vehicle, exchanges are not allowed.
