Maruha Cap Shims (Valve Lash Caps) · Mazda BP Engines · Set of 16
Required when converting to Maruha Solid Lifters on BP 1.8L engines. The cap shims sit between the solid lifter and the cam lobe, allowing precise valve lash adjustment. A set of 16 covers the complete engine. Maruha supplies these in a range of thicknesses to achieve the correct lash specification for their Solid Lifters and cam profiles.
