Maruha × Maxim Works 4-2-1 Header · NA6CE / NA8C Miata MX-5
Maxim Works (M-BIT) has been Japan's benchmark for racing-grade exhaust fabrication for over 40 years — clients include JTCC Mugen and the original Mazdaspeed JDM exhaust program. In 2024, Maruha Motors and Maxim Works began a formal collaboration, producing this double-name header as a statement of mutual trust between two of Japan's most respected Miata specialists.
Each unit is TIG welded by hand using the "fish scale" (鱗 / Uroko) technique — a weld pattern delivering both visual beauty and superior structural integrity over conventional MIG production welding. This is not a mass-produced part.
